Service Agreement

By accessing Rukhmani Graphics, you agree to be bound by these rigid regulations. Non-compliance results in immediate account termination.

1. Acceptance of Agreement

These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between the user ("you") and Rukhmani Graphics. By using this website, creating an account, or placing an order, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these terms in their entirety.

IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THESE TERMS, YOU ARE PROHIBITED FROM USING THE SERVICE AND MUST EXIT IMMEDIATELY.

2. User Accounts & Identity

  • Google Auth: You must provide accurate information via Google Authentication. Impersonation of any individual or entity is a breach of contract.
  • Account Security: You are solely responsible for all activities occurring under your account. Rukhmani Graphics is not liable for unauthorized access resulting from your negligence.
  • Data Verification: We reserve the right to verify phone numbers and addresses. Inaccurate data will lead to order cancellation without a refund.

3. RukCoins System & Monetary Policy

Fixed Rate 1 RukCoin = ₹2.00
Status Non-Transferable
  • Value: RukCoins carry a fixed denomination. This rate is subject to change at our sole discretion with 24-hour notice.
  • No Cash Value: RukCoins cannot be withdrawn as fiat currency (INR) and can only be used for services within Rukhmani Graphics.
  • Expiration: RukCoins granted via promotions may have expiration dates. It is the user's responsibility to monitor balances.

4. Printing Standards & Variations

As a printing service provider, we adhere to high-quality standards, but you must acknowledge the following:

  • Color Accuracy: Screen colors (RGB) differ from printed colors (CMYK). We do not guarantee a 100% color match to your digital preview.
  • User Errors: We are not responsible for typos, low-resolution images, or incorrect document margins provided by the user.
  • Production Timeline: "Printing" status indicates the job is in the queue. Times provided are estimates, not guarantees.

5. Payments & Strict Refund Policy

  • Razorpay: All digital payments are processed via Razorpay. We do not store financial credentials.
  • No-Refund Policy: Due to the custom nature of printing, refunds are not provided once a job enters the "Printing" or "On Its Way" status.
  • Order Cancellation: Cancellation is only possible within 5 minutes of order placement, provided the job has not been sent to the printer.

6. Prohibited Conduct & Cyber-Security

We maintain a Maximum Security Environment. The following acts will trigger immediate account banning and potential legal litigation:

  • Exploiting the RukCoin balance via scripts or API manipulation.
  • Attempting SQL Injection, XSS, or DDoS attacks on our infrastructure.
  • Using the service to print illegal, obscene, or copyright-infringing material.
  • Automated scraping of our pricing or catalogue data.
All access logs, IP addresses, and session data are recorded. Malicious intent will be reported to the Cyber Cell, Bilaspur, Chhattisgarh.

7. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Rukhmani Graphics, its owners, or employees be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (including loss of data or profits) arising from the use or inability to use our services.

8. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

This agreement is governed by the laws of India. Any disputes or legal proceedings shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Bilaspur, Chhattisgarh.
